The development work is rooted in urban design and planning while the management group is people-focused and fills a niche of quality service at a great price.

Principal

Thomas started the company to be the change he wanted to see in the world and has been focused on building a people-centered real estate company ever since. He lives in Minneapolis, MN with his family and loves to play pickleball and mountain bike in his spare time.
Director of Community & Property Management
Birdie Freitag

Birdie has been in various roles over the last decade in and around property management. She’s well versed in Affordable Housing reporting requirements and the finer points of Market-rate housing. She lives in Minneapolis, MN with her family and loves to bowl and play bingo whenever she can.

Nathan Stone

Nathan has been fixing, maintaining and building homes since his first job in highschool. He brings a wealth of experience in all-things property maintenance and leads our maintenance services. He lives in Plymouth, MN with his family and loves to play the guitar and complete wood-working projects on his CNC machine.

Carly brings over 15 years of direct customer service and sales experience in various industries. She loves helping people imagine their new lives in their new home. She lives in Minneapolis, MN with her family and loves to run — so much so that she’s training for a marathon.
